I joined Acres some 15 years ago. During this time I have been both Accounts Manager for the business and assistant to Nigel & Jayne in the smooth running of the business.

My main role is to ensure the smooth running of our accounts department, supporting the offices and lettings department with management payments etc.

I am CIMA qualified and have worked in many other fields. However, I have to say I love the variety my current role offers, whilst also allowing me to stay very involved in the accounting, which I have always enjoyed.

Out of work I am a keen fundraiser for MNDA having helped raise well in excess of £10,000 in recent years with the help of family, friends and the support of Acres.

Annabelle has worked within Lettings for many years, enjoying all aspects and specialising in property management. Annabelle joined Acres to head up our busy and ever growing Lettings department.

"Having grown up in Sutton Coldfield, I noticed a predominance of Acres boards around the area and so jumped at the opportunity to join such an established and recognised Agent. Over the years, I have covered all aspects of rentals, from high end properties to emergency accommodation for tenants in urgent situations. I absolutely love lettings and everything that comes with the fast-paced nature of the role.”

As a Lettings Manager, Annabelle oversees the full rental process, from valuations to managing property portfolios, supporting landlords and tenants, sorting all legal compliance and drive for new business.

As part of Acres fast-growing Lettings team, Emma has brought many years of dedication and experience in customer service with property and indeed recently a housing association, dealing with all aspects of property maintenance and building excellent relationships with tenants / assisting with queries.

Through this hands-on experience, Emma has developed a genuine passion for property and a desire to play a more active role in helping people find their next home.

As a Lettings Administrator, I support the end-to-end rental process by handling tenancy paperwork, coordinating viewings and maintenance, liaising with tenants and landlords, and ensuring compliance with lettings regulations.“
