I joined Acres some 15 years ago. During this time I have been both Accounts Manager for the business and assistant to Nigel & Jayne in the smooth running of the business.

My main role is to ensure the smooth running of our accounts department, supporting the offices and lettings department with management payments etc.

I am CIMA qualified and have worked in many other fields. However, I have to say I love the variety my current role offers, whilst also allowing me to stay very involved in the accounting, which I have always enjoyed.

Out of work I am a keen fundraiser for MNDA having helped raise well in excess of £10,000 in recent years with the help of family, friends and the support of Acres.

With over 17 years of experience in the lettings industry, I have built, managed and grown property portfolios across the West Midlands, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional results through trusted relationships and outstanding service.

For me, property has always been a people business. While market knowledge, strategy and experience are essential, it’s the relationships built along the way that matter most. People are at the forefront of everything I do - taking the time to understand each client’s individual goals, challenges and ambitions, and tailoring my approach to help them achieve the best possible outcome. Having worked with landlords, investors, tenants and developers throughout my career, I understand that every property journey is different. My focus is on providing a personal, proactive, and transparent service that gives clients complete confidence, knowing they have a trusted advisor by their side every step of the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures and perspectives. I am also an avid cricketer and proudly coach local youth teams, helping young players develop confidence, discipline and teamwork - values that are equally important in both sport and business.
