Having working in agency since leaving college I have gained a great deal of experience both in sales, marketing, and placing property on the market.

During my time with Acres I have established some fantastic relationships with fellow colleagues, as well as purchasers and vendors alike. As someone who enjoys building rapport with each and every person that walks through our door, you’ll often find me sat at the front of our Walmley branch with a smile and an offer of a hot or cold drink!

I enjoy all things sport, especially football, and regularly take part in varying activities throughout the week with friends and family.

Katie joins Acres with many years of administrative, secretarial and customer-facing experience across a number of sectors including retail, accountancy and the construction industry.

I love speaking to our clients and building a rapport with them, trying to ensure that whether they are selling or buying with us (or both), we deliver the best possible service.

When I am not wearing my work hat, I am a busy mother of two teenagers and try my best to lead a simple healthy lifestyle, walking and running lots. I have completed several marathons and done fund-raising for a number of local charities.”

Ellie began her career in estate agency with a strong passion for creativity and a genuine commitment to build lasting client relationships.

As a valued member of our team and one of our dedicated sales negotiators, she plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every client’s experience is seamless.

Based at our Walmley at office, Ellie continues to expand her knowledge and expertise within the industry.

Outside of work, she loves exploring new places and making memories while travelling with friends and family.

I have always had a keen interest in property, so when the opportunity arose to become a Viewing Assistant with Acres, I felt it was the perfect time to combine my background in sales with my enjoyment of meeting new people and helping them on their property journey.

I was particularly keen to join Acres because of its long-standing reputation as a highly respected independent agency. I’m delighted to now be part of the team and look forward to helping our clients, whether they are searching for their next home or taking the first steps towards selling their property.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, particularly family days out and making the most of our time together.

Lizzie joined the Acres Walmley team bringing with her over 10 years’ experience in customer service and claims, together with a strong background in communication, organisation and managing sometimes complex matters from start to finish.

Friendly, approachable and highly organised, Lizzie prides herself on building positive relationships with clients and providing a high level of personal service. She understands that moving home can sometimes feel stressful and is committed to making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible, keeping clients informed and supported throughout their property journey.

Outside of work, Lizzie is a busy mum of two and loves spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys travelling, baking and relaxing with a good book.
