I have been in the estate agency business for 7 years now and I have had the opportunity to work across a range of different markets, helping clients buy and sell their properties with confidence. Over the years I have learned that estate agency isn’t just about property, its about the people as well. Understanding what matters most to our clients and delivering a service that is both professional and personal is what I enjoy.

What I love most is seeing the satisfaction on a clients face when everything falls into place, whether it’s a first time buyer picking up the keys to their first home or a seller buying their next project.

I am reliable, approachable and passionate about property, I take pride in making the buying and selling process as smooth as stress-free as possible.

In my own time, I enjoy spending time with my nephew and nieces and seeing them grow. I also enjoy going for walks and going on spa days.

I started with Acres back in 2009, working in the Sutton Coldfield sales office as an Administrator. After a couple of years the opportunity arose to step into the role of Head Office administrator and PA to the Partner.

My day to day roll gives the chance to oversee all aspects of the Acres business from staffing, logistics and utilities, as well as assisting Nigel Deekes, Acres senior partner with many other key aspects.

With a strong background in customer relations, I joined the team three months ago and have really enjoyed becoming part of such a supportive and motivated group.

My role focuses on sales negotiating and progression, where I’m passionate about delivering a smooth and positive experience for our clients. I’m excited to grow with the business and achieve great success together.

Outside of work, I love travelling to new places and exploring different cultures through their food. I also enjoy keeping fit, especially through running.

As a recent member of the team, I have really enjoyed my role as a Viewing Assistant. I love showing people around homes and hearing their stories about the big life changes they’re planning.

Moving house is one of the biggest decisions people make, and it’s all about helping them find the right place.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dog, going to the gym and trying to keep fit, activities that help me recharge and stay energised for the busy days ahead.

I joined Acres some 15 years ago. During this time I have been both Accounts Manager for the business and assistant to Nigel & Jayne in the smooth running of the business.

My main role is to ensure the smooth running of our accounts department, supporting the offices and lettings department with management payments etc.

I am CIMA qualified and have worked in many other fields. However, I have to say I love the variety my current role offers, whilst also allowing me to stay very involved in the accounting, which I have always enjoyed.

Out of work I am a keen fundraiser for MNDA having helped raise well in excess of £10,000 in recent years with the help of family, friends and the support of Acres.
