I have been in the estate agency business for 7 years now and I have had the opportunity to work across a range of different markets, helping clients buy and sell their properties with confidence. Over the years I have learned that estate agency isn’t just about property, its about the people as well. Understanding what matters most to our clients and delivering a service that is both professional and personal is what I enjoy.

What I love most is seeing the satisfaction on a clients face when everything falls into place, whether it’s a first time buyer picking up the keys to their first home or a seller buying their next project.

I am reliable, approachable and passionate about property, I take pride in making the buying and selling process as smooth as stress-free as possible.

In my own time, I enjoy spending time with my nephew and nieces and seeing them grow. I also enjoy going for walks and going on spa days.

Since joining Acres in Sutton Coldfield I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the sales team and so continuing developing my knowledge of the property market, marking, sales and indeed to post sale process as well as the wider workings of the business, such as lettings and financial services. I have a diverse academic background, holding a degree in Film and Scriptwriting, a Master’s degree in Creative Writing, and a Law degree. I am a creative and imaginative person who enjoys learning new skills and embracing new challenges.

Prior to joining Acres, I gained experience in retail supervision, law, and administration.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Mateo, a German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois, as well as reading and writing children’s books.

I joined the company a few years ago as an Administrator. I was delighted when the team saw my potential and offered me the opportunity to progress as a Sales Negotiator. Since then, I’ve loved building relationships with clients and guiding both buyers and sellers through one of the most important journeys of their lives, finding their dream home.

My favourite part of the job is meeting lots of different people every day and being able to make the moving process as smooth and exciting as possible. I take pride in providing friendly, professional support and helping clients feel confident every step of the way. I am always thrilled at the positive feedback I receive, and the many 5 star reviews and gifts, it’s so lovely and thoughtful of our clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling as much as possible with my husband in our campervan, as well as exploring new countries and experiencing different cultures whenever we can.

Lisa has worked in the Accountancy and Finance industry for over twenty years within multiple well established Companies. She holds her certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMAP) 1,2 & 3 and BA Hons degree in Accountancy and Business Law.

Lisa has experience in this role since 2018 providing support from the initial application and throughout the mortgage term. She prides herself on offering a first-class service to all clients, ensuring their financial needs are taken care of.

I started with Acres back in 2009, working in the Sutton Coldfield sales office as an Administrator. After a couple of years the opportunity arose to step into the role of Head Office administrator and PA to the Partner.

My day to day roll gives the chance to oversee all aspects of the Acres business from staffing, logistics and utilities, as well as assisting Nigel Deekes, Acres senior partner with many other key aspects.

I joined Acres some 15 years ago. During this time I have been both Accounts Manager for the business and assistant to Nigel & Jayne in the smooth running of the business.

My main role is to ensure the smooth running of our accounts department, supporting the offices and lettings department with management payments etc.

I am CIMA qualified and have worked in many other fields. However, I have to say I love the variety my current role offers, whilst also allowing me to stay very involved in the accounting, which I have always enjoyed.

Out of work I am a keen fundraiser for MNDA having helped raise well in excess of £10,000 in recent years with the help of family, friends and the support of Acres.
