I have been in the estate agency business for 7 years now and I have had the opportunity to work across a range of different markets, helping clients buy and sell their properties with confidence. What I love most is seeing the satisfaction on a clients face when everything falls into place, whether it’s a first time buyer picking up the keys to their first home or a seller buying their next project.

I am reliable, approachable and passionate about property, I take pride in making the buying and selling process as smooth as stress-free as possible.

In my own time, I enjoy spending time with my nephew and nieces and seeing them grow. I also enjoy going for walks and going on spa days.

I started with Acres back in 2009, working in the Sutton Coldfield sales office as an Administrator. After a couple of years the opportunity arose to step into the role of Head Office administrator and PA to the Partner.

My day to day roll gives the chance to oversee all aspects of the Acres business from staffing, logistics and utilities, as well as assisting Nigel Deekes, Acres senior partner with many other key aspects.

I joined Acres some 15 years ago. During this time I have been both Accounts Manager for the business and assistant to Nigel & Jayne in the smooth running of the business.

My main role is to ensure the smooth running of our accounts department, supporting the offices and lettings department with management payments etc.

I am CIMA qualified and have worked in many other fields. However, I have to say I love the variety my current role offers, whilst also allowing me to stay very involved in the accounting, which I have always enjoyed.

Out of work I am a keen fundraiser for MNDA having helped raise well in excess of £10,000 in recent years with the help of family, friends and the support of Acres.
