From a young age Chris has always been focused on a career within estate agency & lettings. Chris took decision when joining to work for a local letting agency to gain an in-depth wider knowledge of property.

Working away purposely from the family business initially to gain wider experience, Chris several years later joined Acres, moving to property sales, where he has found his forte. Based at Acres Great Barr office working along side his sister Katie, this has created a focused team that really has worked so well. A family business, and family run office Chris’s focus is upon service, sales and results proven by the strength of the very busy Great Barr office.

A keen squash and footballer Chris lives locally and enjoys additionally spending time with family and friends.

I joined Acres in 2017 as a full-time administrator at the Kingstanding branch which I thoroughly enjoyed, I then moved to the Sutton Coldfield branch and soon progressed to become sales negotiator.

On returning to work after my maternity leave in 2023, I moved to the busy Great Barr office, here I conduct viewings, deal with enquiries and negotiate offers. I really enjoy going out and meeting new people on viewings and visiting some lovely properties.

In my spare time, I enjoy days out with my husband and two young children and going out for nice food and drinks with friends.

I joined Acres in 2024 after looking to change my career path after being in the New Homes sector for almost 27 years. Having joined the company on a part time basis as contract progressor I have realised this role is perfect for me with the vast experience I have gained over the years. I currently work in the Great Barr office with a very successful team.

In my spare time I am a member of my local leisure club in which I do many classes from keep fit to dancing. I also enjoy the theatre and dining out with family and friends regularly.

Natalie started her career in property working for a busy West Midlands Auction House at the age of 19. Developing her skills and experience in Commercial Agency and then within the Residential Auction department. She joined Acres in 2019 looking to kick start her career in Residential sales.

Natalie joined the Great Barr office as an administrator helping with the progress of the sales along side her team.

In her spare time she loves to be with family and friends, spending most of her time with her beautiful daughter Sophia. I've loved the years that I've worked in residential estate agency and auctions. Joining Acres following several years within a property auction department, I was so pleased to be back in the frontline, client facing estate agency once more. Working with the team at Great Barr has been great fun and very rewarding. We are deeply committed to our clients moves, providing a first class service, reflected by positive reviews and thank you cards and gifts we receive.

My role as administrator means that I have to have an outstanding eye for attention to detail. I thoroughly enjoy meeting clients in the office to discuss their move, or property requirements. We are an enthusiastic team that has moved the service and sales reach of the office on significantly. I have no doubt with the team we have here now the office will grow and prosper rapidly and thus helping many hundreds of people achieve their dream move.

Robert is a dedicated Sales Negotiator at Acres, where he specialises in successfully bringing together buyers and vendors to secure the best possible outcomes for all parties. With a proactive and approachable style, Robert focuses on guiding clients through the sales process with clarity and confidence, ensuring each deal is completed smoothly.

He began his career initially specialising in the rental market. Rob joined Acres, where he has since excelled in residential sales, building a reputation for his negotiation skills and commitment to client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending quality time with his family and catching up with friends by playing weekend football.

Lisa has worked in the Accountancy and Finance industry for over twenty years within multiple, well-established Companies. She holds her certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) 1,2 and 3 and a BA Hons degree in Accountancy and Business Law.

Lisa has experience in this role since January 2018 and has gained valuable experience, providing support from the initial application and throughout the mortgage term. She prides herself on offering a first-class service to all clients, ensuring their financial needs are taken care of.

I joined Acres in 2021 after seeking a career change, having joined on a part time basis, I quickly realised that this role is perfect for me.

I now work full time in the Great Barr office in, which I can be a part of their successful team.

In my spare time away from the office I love to spend valuable time with my family, nights out with my friends and visiting my hometown in Newcastle.

Ellie began her career in estate agency with a strong passion for creativity and a genuine commitment to build lasting client relationships.

As a valued member of our team and one of our dedicated viewing assistants, she plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every client’s experience is seamless.

Based across both our Walmley and Great Barr offices, Ellie continues to expand her knowledge and expertise within the industry.

Outside of work, she loves exploring new places and making memories while travelling with friends and family.

Specialising in protection, I am additionally undertaking training as a full Mortgage Advisor. With a background supporting senior advisers, I offer knowledgeable, approachable guidance tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Working closely with Acres Estate Agents, I pride myself in providing helpful, well-rounded advice to ensure clients protect their future and navigate the property journey with confidence.
